Refund/Exchange Policy

We have a strict no refund/ no exchange policy to protect our customers and our staff. Due to the nature of our product and strict state regulations we are not able to exchange products.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

A tracking number is given to every customer for their order. Upon receipt of the tracking number the customer is Solely responsible for tracking the progress and delivery of the package. CKNaturals Dispesary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Cancellation Policy

All packages from the day go out at 5pm CST. If you have placed an order the package will go out at this time. If you wish to cancel your order you must cancel the order before this time. Once a package is shipped it can no longer be canceled. Due to the nature of the product and strict state regulations we are not allowed to reuse a product that has left our facility.
