Refund/Exchange Policy

We have a strict no refund/ no exchange policy to protect our customers and our staff. Due to the nature of our product and strict state regulations we are not able to exchange products.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

A tracking number is given to every customer for their order. Upon receipt of the tracking number the customer is Solely responsible for tracking the progress and delivery of the package. CKNaturals Dispensary is not responsible for lost,stolen, or Damaged packages

Cancellation Policy

All Orders placed before 5pm CST will go out the sameday unless falling on weekend or holiday. If you do not contact us before your order goes out please refer to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. We Apologize for any Inconvience.
